I would like to thank Kerst and his team of drivers at BVC Couriers. Last Friday a parcel had been mis-delivered by one of our suppliers. The goods were required at Tobacco Docks in London before 6pm on the same day but had been delivered to Cannock.
I immediately called Kerst and within 15 minutes he provided me with a quote, collection time and with the assurance that they would deliver the goods in time for the event… and they did! The goods were successfully delivered by 5pm and BVC had saved the event and our reputation for delivering goods on time.
